Which way to look?

18th May 2016 Our tour today started with ringed plover, golden plover, white tailed eagle, dunlin, common gull, and common seals. not to bad for our first stop. Our comfort break at our house and a treat of redpoll,  siskin, and house sparrows on our feeders. Coffee time on loch na keal was very fruitful as we watched an otter fishing close to shore and golden eagle flying high and snipe drumming overhead.  Further on a real treat seeing 5 white tailed eagles on a small island huddling together as the tide rose to make them fly. Stopping to look for otters on loch scridain with a calm sea gave us a treat of great northern divers and a red throated diver. Then an otter turned up fishing off shore. The day ended with a male hen harrier floating past.
