Friday 12th August even wetter,

Two tours today of 4 hours each. Our morning was better than the forecast with some dry spells. The first stop of the morning and  fingers crossed. I had seen an otter as I went to collect my guests and hoped it was still around. We were lucky it was. a little distant but we watched it work its way across the bay. The morning continued to be good with white tailed eagles, hen harrier, common seals and red deer. Our afternoon run and the rain came down. the family with me included Murphy. what a great name!! he is a Australian sheepdog. We did see some great wildlife despite the rain. White tailed eagles and common seals, terns, curlew, red breasted merganser, great northern diver and red deer in a garden, it was happily munching next to us. Spotted flycatcher. Oh and the black rabbit and peacocks. Murphy didn`t seem too interested in all this wildlife. P1090373P1090376
