A North run today. A lovely day, cool morning warming in the afternoon.
Aros bay looked lovely in the sun. Red breasted merganser, Eider ducks and young, mute swans and curlew. Lots of common seals lying around on the rocks.
An otter feeding off shore and white tailed eagle on the islands. it flew and caught a fish enjoying it back on the island.
Another otter and a white tailed eagle in a tree. Buzzard and a great northern diver. the slavonian grebe looking lovely in the sun.
Lots to see today,
The wild flowers are lovely, the dry weather is bringing new ones daily including lots of orchids. Buzzard chicks on the nest. Three on them looking healthy and ready to go. Golden eagles and red deer. A white throat and lots of pipits both meadow and rock. Jacqui
