A day out with friends,

Its been a while since we managed a day out to play. With a busy season and bad weather its taken some time to find the perfect day.

Our day began with a walk, we saw otter, white tailed eagle, red wing, song thrush and mistle thrush. Grey wagtail, blue tit and a robin were just a few of the highlights that set us off. Another short walk with sunshine, Red deer, lots of woodland birds including long tailed tits flitting in the trees.

Coffee and golden eagles, seals, great northern divers and slavonian grebe. A special treat of a black throated diver.

Moving around the loch, white tailed eagles flying, gosh they are huge. Another otter fishing off shore. White tailed eagle in a tree. common seals.

Our day continued with great views of a golden eagle with the sun on his feathers. stunning. Buzzards, kestrel, lapwing, widgeon and a dipper were added to our growing list of the day.

Returning as the sun was setting, otter, mallard and gadwall. great northern divers and a red throated diver.

Final stop, ringed plover, turnstone, redshank, bar tailed godwit and three white tailed eagles on the shore.

A great day out. Jacqui
